Shipping & Delivery Policy
Sortcut is a digital subscription. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.
How you get the service
- Install the Sortcut extension from the Chrome Web Store.
- Sign in with your Google account and pay through Razorpay.
- Pro features unlock in the extension immediately once payment is confirmed, usually within a minute.
A payment confirmation and invoice are sent to your email.
If access doesn't arrive
If Pro isn't active within 30 minutes of a successful payment, sign out of the extension and back in. If that doesn't fix it, email support@sortcut.co with your payment reference. We'll activate your account by hand within 1 business day, or refund you in full.

The service is available to customers in India paying in INR.
